Jean Paul "J.P." D'Albor New Iberia Attorney

Jean Paul “J.P.” D’Albor is a 1998 graduate of University of Louisiana at Monroe where he obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. J.P received his Juris Doctorate at Southern University law school in 2001. While in law school J.P. clerked for Canova and Delahaye in Plaquemine, Louisiana where he obtained experience in an established general practice. Following law school, J. P. clerked for the 35th Judicial District and practiced in Alexandria, Louisiana for approximately 3 years prior to moving to the Acadiana area with his wife, Jennifer Minvielle. J.P. practiced personal injury law in Lafayette, before joining Haik, Minvielle, and Grubbs.

J.P. joined the law firm of Haik, Minvielle and Grubbs in 2009 and practices primarily personal injury law as well as general and insurance defense. J.P. is permitted to practice in all courts of the state of Louisiana as well as the Eastern, Middle, Western Districts of Louisiana and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. J. P. is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, Louisiana Association of Justice, the Lafayette Bar Association and the local chapter of Inns of Court. J.P. is married to Jennifer Minvielle D'Albor and has two daughters, Mathile and Emmeline.
