From May, 1980 to July, 1986, Will practiced law in Lafayette, Louisiana. During that period, he had a general practice with a special emphasis on oil and gas.
In July, 1986, Will joined the firm of Haik & Minvielle. He became partner in 1992. The firm's name was changed to Haik, Minvielle & Grubbs in 1998. His case load primarily involves litigation of complex, comprehensive casualty claims including automobile, highway defect, railroad and transportation matters. He has also handled a multitude of medical and governmental liability cases. About ten percent of his practice is devoted to the general practice of law.
Will is a member of the Iberia Parish and Louisiana Bar Association as well as the Louisiana Association of Defense Council and the Louisiana Association for Justice.
